Fine sea views.

The location was beautiful, close to Maritime Museum. This hotel was in a very lively area near a big shopping mall, mountains and the centre of the city.

It's an absolutely great hotel with sea views, we had a nice experience. Got the same standard twin room booked online, enjoyed that. We had scrumptious and delicious breakfast plus great service.

The spa and pools were amazing, and we really enjoyed sailing nearby. Breakfast had a ton of options, great. Just be aware the hotel can get busy on weekends, but it's totally worth it for the views and amenities.

I was disappointed with the room cleanliness. It didn't live up to what I'd expect from a place like this, with towels not properly arranged and the shower not very clean.

The staff, food, room, service etc was all excellent, we lived the life of luxury for a day and a half.

We were pleasantly surprised of the standard of service when we arrived at Crowne Plaza. After 10 days staying at different more family oriented hotels around Pamukkale and Bergama the afternoon and night at Crowne Plaza Izmir was the night before our long flight back to us. We were very pleased with our choice, key to allow us relaxation after driving. Crowne Plaza Izmir had attentive and expedient staff, and facilities way above expectations - way above us standard for Crowne Plaza I believe (we had a massage and tried several of the steam rooms!). For example, we could not finish the desert course at the Manzara restaurant and asked to have it later to our room. When we called for that in the evening, the restaurant person came to our room to insure we understood each other because of the noise up there when we called. He was very professional. We perceived a higher level of service than the Crowne Plaza in Istanbul (Harbiye) where we had stayed 3 nights.

Only comment is that it may need better signage to direct travelers, as the hotel is quite a bit away from the core of the city. It is closer to airport than the center which is desirable, but we came from the south and not realizing hotel is located south away from the city center went all the way into the center only to have to look for it and ask for directions several times to go back the opposite direction. Signs to advertize it would help.

The delicious breakfast made it a delight to start the day amid so many attractions to explore within a short walk.

Just slightly far from the main city centre

The amazing sea view from my room was stunning, and the staff made me feel special with a good welcome gift. The spa treatments were relaxing, adding to a rejuvenating stay.

There is no indication about the way to arrive hotel from the main road. And there is no road label for people to drive out. Traffic around hotel like a puzzle.

The hotel is clean and the stuff are very friendly and the breakfast was very good and comfort and very nice view of sea . if I travel again to izmir I will saty definitely in crown plaza

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, thermal pool, and the kind, helpful staff. On my first stay, they even helped me find a car service. Highly recommend for a relaxing experience!

The extra attentive and respectful staff working throughout the hotel. Nice meal and very good service. Great internet, parking on-site. Amazing location near beach in a very lively area. A great selection of food options around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

Breakfast, indoor and outdoor siwming pool in addition to other facilities and gym.

Transportation system from and to hotel, that needs reservation 1 hour before , whereas is much better that has regular shuttle service to the city center and airport every half hour.
